溶剂萃取仪提取瓜蒌籽油工艺优化及其脂肪酸成分分析

Technology optimized by solvent extractor and fatty acid analysis of seed oil from Trichosanthes kirilowii

  • 摘要: 通过单因素和正交实验优化了溶剂萃取仪提取瓜蒌籽油的工艺条件,分析了瓜蒌籽油的脂肪酸成分及相对含量。结果表明:溶剂萃取仪提取瓜蒌籽油的最佳提取工艺为正己烷作为提取溶剂、料液比1∶10、浸提时间70 min和淋洗时间30 min,得率可达到60.12%。瓜蒌籽油脂肪酸主要成分为50.47%的亚油酸、32.35%的油酸、6.32%的棕榈酸、5.41%的硬脂酸和4.82%的亚麻酸。饱和脂肪酸相对含量为11.73%,不饱和脂肪酸相对含量为88.18%,表明瓜蒌籽油是一种富含多不饱和脂肪酸的食用油。 

     

    Abstract: The solvent extractor technology of Trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil was optimized by single-factor and orthogonal test,and fatty acid components and relative contents were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were n- hexane as extraction solvent, seed / solvent ratio 1 ∶ 10, immersion time70 min and washing time 30 min,the oil extraction rate could reach 60.12%. The main fatty acids were 50.47%9,15-octadecadienoic acid,32.35% 9-octadecenoic acid,6.32% hexadecanoic acid,5.41% stearic acid and4.82% linolenic acid. The relative contents of total saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids were 11.73%and 88.18%,respectively. Therefore,T kirilowii seed oil was a good edible oil of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
