海洋头足类墨汁中活性成分的研究进展

Research process in the active ingredients in the ink of Marine cephalopod

  • 摘要: 海洋头足类如鱿鱼、乌贼等的加工副产物墨汁中具有黑色素、多糖、肽类物质等多种活性成分。本文主要简述了海洋头足类墨汁中各活性成分的提取方法及其功能活性等方面的研究进展,以期为海洋生物活性物质的开发利用提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: The processing by- products, ink in marine cephalopods such as sleeve- fish, cuttlefish, etc, have melanin, polysaccharide, protein, peptides and other active ingredients.The research progress of active ingredients were reviewed in extracting methods and functional activities in the marine cephalopods ink, in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of marine biological active substances.
