恒温超声辅助提取诃子FRAP类抗氧化活性物质的研究

The FRAP antioxidants extraction from Terminalia chebula Retz based on ultrasound assisted extraction with constant temperature

  • 摘要: 为了探索恒温超声辅助提取诃子FRAP类抗氧化活性物质提取效果,本文采用该技术首先对提取工艺进行优化,进而通过比较实验和扫描电镜分析该技术提取高效的原因。结果表明,诃子FRAP类抗氧化活性物质恒温超声辅助提取最佳工艺条件为:采用60%乙醇、超声功率180 W、超声频率80 k Hz、超声温度70℃;比较分析发现,该工艺提取效率显著高于水浴振荡提取工艺(p<0.001);扫描电镜分析发现,恒温超声辅助提取对诃子原料细胞结构破坏更严重,从而增强了提取效率。恒温超声辅助提取技术对诃子抗氧化活性物质提取效率高,本文可为诃子产业化开发提供依据。 

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the extracting effect of antioxidants from Terminalia chebula Retz(TCR) based on ultrasound assisted extraction with constant temperature technology(UAECTT),at first,the extraction technology of antioxidants were optimized,then the reasons for high efficiency of this extraction technology were analysized by comparative experiments and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The optimal parameters of the extracting technology were as follows the concentration of ethanol 60%,the ultrasound frequency 80 k Hz,the ultrasound power 180 W,and the extracting temperature 70 ℃. The extraction efficiency of UAECTT dramaticlly was higher than that of water bath oscillator extraction(WBOE)(p<0.001) based on the comparative analysis. A comparison of SEM images of TCR powders indicated the extraction efficiency was higher treated by UAECTT with the more serious disruption of cell structure and the more sufficient interaction. The technology of UAECTT was proved as one technology with high efficiency for extracting TCR antioxidants and this study provided the basis for future industrializing development of TCR.
