食品源抗生素抗性基因的来源与分布状况研究进展

Research progress of source and distribution of antibiotic resistance genes in food

  • 摘要: 食品源抗生素抗性基因的存在给人类健康造成了巨大的潜在威胁。本文系统地阐述了抗生素抗性基因在食品及其相关环境中的污染来源、传播途径与分布状况。同时,结合国内现状进行分析,指出当前形势下我国开展针对食品中抗生素抗性基因研究的必要性,并对该领域今后的研究重点进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: The existence of antibiotic resistance genes in food poses enormous potential threaten to human health. The source, transport and distribution situations of ARGs in food and food related environment were systematically elaborated in this review. Meanwhile, combining with the latest research progress, the necessity of the study on ARGs in food was pointed out domestically. In addition, the further research directions were proposed.
