大孔吸附树脂在植物多酚分离纯化中的应用现状

Application progress of macroporous adsorption resin in separation and purification of plant polyphenols

  • 摘要: 本文综述了植物多酚特有的化学结构、生物活性及其分离纯化的常见方法,比较了各种方法的优缺点,结果表明大孔吸附树脂法在分离纯化多酚中具有独特的优势;进而重点阐述了大孔吸附树脂的特性、分离原理、吸附机理和解析作用,以及国内外应用大孔树脂分离纯化多酚方面的研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: The special chemical structure, bioactivity, separation and purification method of polyphenols from plant were introduced in this paper. After the advantages and disadvantages of different methods were compared, the results showed that macroporous adsorption resin method had a unique advantage in purification of polyphenols. The characteristics, separation principal, mechanism of adsorption, and desorption of macroporous adsorption resin were emphatically introduced in the paper. The present application progress in domestic and international researches of macroporous adsorption resin in the separation and purification of plant polyphenols was also described and its application was prospected too.
