综合指标正交设计优选杭白菊挥发油萃取工艺

Optimization of extraction conditions of volatile oil from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat by orthogonal design

  • 摘要: 以杭白菊为研究对象,超临界CO2为溶剂,β-榄香烯得率和挥发油得率为指标,分别考察颗粒粒径、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间对提取过程的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,综合考虑双指标,利用正交设计,得到优化工艺条件:颗粒粒径80目,萃取压力17.24MPa,萃取温度35℃,萃取时间100min。在此条件下,杭白菊中β-榄香烯得率达到104.57mg/kg,挥发油得率达到3.26%。用综合指标优化萃取工艺条件,兼顾了杭白菊中重要抗癌活性成分β-榄香烯得率和挥发油得率,使工艺条件更加合理。 

     

    Abstract: With Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat as the research object, supercritical CO2 as solvent, the β-elemene yield and volatile oil yield as measure indicators, the effects of four extraction parameters including particle diameter, extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time on extraction processes were separately studied. Then it was optimized using orthogonal design based on single factor investigations for achieving higher β-elemene extraction yield and volatile oil extraction yield. Under the condition of particle diameter of 80 meshes, extraction pressure of 17.24 MPa, extraction temperature of 35℃, extraction time of100 min, the β-elemene yield was 104.57mg/kg and the volatile oil yield was 3.26%. It gave priority to β-elemene yield with due consideration to volatile oil yield with comprehensive index orthogonal design. It made process conditions more reasonable.
