香蕉皮总黄酮对糖尿病及其并发症的影响

Effect of total flavonoids extract from banana peel on diabetes and its complications

  • 摘要: 目的:研究香蕉皮总黄酮粗提物降血糖作用。方法:将实验大鼠分成正常对照组、模型对照组、药物组和低、中、高香蕉皮总黄酮剂量组,喂养4周。检测大鼠体质量、血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平。结果:中、高剂量的香蕉皮总黄酮粗提物可显著降低四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病大鼠血糖、TC、TG和LDL-C含量(p<0.05),升高大鼠体质量和HDL-C(p<0.05)。结论:一定剂量的香蕉皮总黄酮提取物具有降血糖作用,并且能改善由糖尿病引起脂代谢紊乱状况。 

     

    Abstract: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of total flavonoids extract from banana peel on diabetic rats. Methods:A total of rats were divided into normal control group, model control group, drug treatment control group and total flavonoids groups at low, middle and high doses. The levels of body weight, serum glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol of rats were determined after feeding for four weeks. Results:Total flavonoids from banana peel significantly reduced the levels of serum glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in alloxan induced diabetic rats (p<0.05) , and significantly increased the level of higy-density lipoprotein cholesterol and body weight at middle and high doses ( p < 0. 05) . Conclusion : Total flavonoids from banana peel possess significant hypoglycemic activity, and could improve the lipid metabolism disorders caused by diabetes status.
