火棘果渣黄色素微波提取工艺研究

Study on microwave extraction of yellow pigment in Pyracantha Fortuneana fruit

  • 摘要: 为获得微波提取火棘果渣黄色素的最佳提取工艺条件,以野生火棘果渣为原料,乙醇溶液为溶剂,探讨了微波功率、料液比、提取时间、提取次数等因素对微波法提取火棘黄色素的影响。通过L9(34)正交实验获得了火棘黄色素提取的最佳工艺条件,即:微波功率600W,料液比1∶10g/m L,提取时间50s,提取4次;黄色素的提取率91.2%,产率1.8%,色价24.1。并与常规溶剂法进行了比较,结果显示,微波法具有提取时间短、提取次数少、纯度高等优点,总体效率优于常规溶剂法。 

     

    Abstract: To obtain optimal technology conditions of microwave extraction of yellow pigment in wild Pyracantha fortuneana fruit residue, effects on the extraction of the microwave watt, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times were experimented with ethanol as solvent, and the optimal conditions of the extraction were obtained by orthogonal experiment L9 (34) . The effects of the microwave extraction were compared with those of conventional solvent extraction. The results showed that the optimal conditions of microwave extraction were as follows:microwave watt 600 W, the ratio of sample to solvent 1∶10g/m L, extraction time 50 s, and extraction 4 times.The extraction ratio was 91.2%, the yield was 1.8% and the color value was 24.1. Compared with the conventional solvent method, the microwave method had advantages of less extraction time, less extraction times and higher purity. The general efficiency of microwave method was better than that of conventional solvent method.
