高效液相色谱法检测食用油中的丙二醛

Determination of malondialdehyde in edible oils by high performance liquid chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了柱前衍生高效液相色谱检测食用油中丙二醛的方法。样品中的丙二醛用三氯乙酸溶液提取后与硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)进行衍生化反应后,采用液相色谱分离,荧光检测器测定。在优化的条件下,丙二醛的检出限为0.02mg/kg,回收率在87.1%~103.2%之间,相对标准偏差小于6%。该方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高等特点,适用于食用油中丙二醛的测定。 

     

    Abstract: A method was developed for determination of malondialdehyde( MDA) in Oil by high performance liquid chromatography.The malondialdehyde was extracted by trichloroacetic acid solutions and reacted with thiobarbituric acid( TBA) in samples. The final derivatives were separated by C18 column and analyzed by HPLC with fluorescence detector.Under the optimized conditions,the limit of detection was 0.02 mg / kg,the recovery was in the range of 87.1% ~103.2%,the RSD was less than 6%.This method was simple,high sensibility and suitable for the analysis of MDA in edible oils.
