大孔树脂分离纯化芡实壳三萜类化合物

Separation and purification of Euryale shell triterpene compound with macroreticular resin

  • 摘要: 本文以三萜类化合物的洗脱效果为考察指标,研究适合芡实壳三萜类化合物分离纯化的大孔树脂吸附性能及洗脱参数。研究结果显示DM301型大孔树脂适宜芡实壳三萜类化合物的分离纯化,吸附过程符合Langmuir单层吸附方程,其工作条件为上样液p H6,上柱液6BV,上样液浓度为3.5mg/m L,洗脱流速为2BV/h,洗脱剂乙醇的体积分数为90%。结果表明,DM301型大孔树脂可用于芡实壳三萜类化合物的分离纯化,三萜类化合物含量由36.42%提高到87.54%。该工艺条件科学合理,可有效用于芡实壳三萜类化合物的分离富集。 

     

    Abstract: Adsorption performance and elution parameters of suitable macroreticular resin were researched with Elution effects of trierpenoids as the reference indexes. The results showed that DM301 was the most appropriate resin for the purification of Euryale Shell total triterpenes. Adsorption process was in accord with Langmuir monolayer adsorption equation. The optimum conditions were as follows: with 90% ethanol as eluant,working solution p H6,sample rate 6BV,eluting at a flow rate 2BV / h and the sample concentration was 3.5mg / m L.Conclusions showed that,DM301 macroporous resin could be used for separation and purification of the Euryale shell triterpenoids andthe content of triterpenoids increased from 36.42% to 87.54%. The technique condition was scientific and reasonable.It can be used to separate and purificate Euryale Shell total triterpenes.
