徽州贡菊中熊果酸的高压脉冲电场技术(HIPEF)辅助提取及纯化工艺研究

High intensity pulsed electric fields( HIPEF)- assisted extraction and purification of ursolic acid from Huizhou Gongju

  • 摘要: 本文以徽州贡菊为原料,以熊果酸得率为指标,利用高压脉冲电场技术(HIPEF)辅助提取徽州贡菊中熊果酸。最后确定的最佳提取参数是:电场强度30k V/cm、脉冲数2、料液比1∶12、温度30℃,最终熊果酸的提取率可达97.577%;并确定了使用X-5大孔树脂,上样量60BV、p H11、吸附速率为2BV/h、洗脱剂用70%乙醇、2BV/h的洗脱速度纯化效果最佳,最终徽州贡菊熊果酸的纯度可以达到85%以上。 

     

    Abstract: The effects of the HIPEF- assisted extraction of ursolic acid from Huizhou Gongju were preliminary investigated,in which the technical parameters were optimized.The optimal conditions were as follows: electric field intensity of 30 k V / cm,pulse number of 2,material- solvent ratio of 1 ∶ 12 and 30℃. Under these conditions,the extraction yield of ursolic acid can reach to 97.577%.The results showed that the X-5 macroporons resin had the best effect on the separation when the volume of drug 60 BV with the adsorption- speed 2BV / h,p H11,and the volume of 70% ethanol with desorption- speed 2BV / h,and the purity of ursolic acid could reach to 85%.
