The development of the antioxidant and prooxidant activities of flavonoids

  • 摘要: 黄酮类化合物是广泛存在于植物中的次生代谢产物。本文主要综合国内外关于黄酮类化合物的抗氧化性和促氧化性构效关系的研究进展,有助于更全面了解黄酮的主要活性。 

     

    Abstract: Flavonoids are the vast class of secondary metabolites in plants. This article summarized the latest research at home and abroad about flavonoid's structure-activity relationship of its antioxidant and prooxidant activity to get the whole picture of the flavonoids' main activities.
