气相色谱-质谱法测定食品模拟物中8种有机锡稳定剂

Determination of eight organic tin stabilizers in food stimulant by gas chromatography-mass spectrum

  • 摘要: 建立了食品模拟物中8种有机锡稳定剂的气相色谱-质谱测定方法。食品模拟物用四乙基硼化钠在室温振摇衍生化,正己烷萃取乙基化的有机锡,萃取液用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定。方法的检测限在0.010.05mg/L之间,线性范围在0.25.0mg/L之间,相关系数R2在0.99450.9998之间。在三种食品模拟物中的加标回收率在74.7%116%之间,相对标准偏差在0.6%15.4%之间。运用该方法检测了11份塑料食品容器的有机锡特定迁移量,未检测到该8种有机锡稳定剂。 

     

    Abstract: A method had been established for determination of eight organic tin stabilizers in food stimulants.Food stimulants were derivatized by sodium tetraethyl borate at 25℃. The ethyl derivative products were extracted by n- hexane then tested by gas chromatography- mass spectroscopy. The detections of the compounds were from 0. 01 ~ 0. 05 mg / L, the linear ranges were between 0. 2 ~ 5. 0mg / L, with the correlation coefficients R2 from 0.9945 to 0.9998. The recoveries in 3 food stimulants at two concentration levels were from74.7% to 116% with the relative standard deviations from 0.6% to 15.4%. 11 plastic food containers were tested by this method. The results showed that none of them contained any of the 8 organic tin stabilizers.
