毛细管气相色谱法测定红枣白兰地中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、高级醇含量

Determination of methanol, ethyl acetate and higher alcohols content in Jujube Brandy by capillary GC

  • 摘要: 建立了一种用毛细管气相色谱法测定红枣白兰地中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、高级醇的测定方法。对色谱柱升温条件以及保留时间进行对比实验,选择最佳操作条件,对红枣白兰地中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、高级醇含量进行分离测定。结果表明,方法的精密度大于97%,准确度为-1.30%2.91%,检出限为0.00290.0097g/100m L,加标回收率为97.22%101.44%,方法效果良好。测定的样品中甲醇含量为0.0510.111g/100m L(以100%酒精计),乙酸乙酯含量为0.0070.096g/100m L,高级醇总量为0.0420.153g/100m L,测定样品符合国家标准。该方法简便、灵敏、快速、准确。 

     

    Abstract: A new method for the determination of methanol, ethyl acetate and higher alcohols in Jujube Brandy by capillary GC was established. The process increased temperature and retention time were studied to choose the best operation conditions and determine the content of methanol, ethyl acetate and higher alcohols in Jujube Brandy. The results showed that the precision was more than 97%, the accuracy was between-1.30%~2.91%, the minimum detection limit was between 0.0029 ~0.0097g/100 m L, and the recovery ration was between 97.22%~101.44%. The content of methanol, ethyl acetate and higher alcohols in Jujube Brandy were0.051~0.111g/100 m L (alcohol percent) , 0.007 ~0.096g/100 m L, and 0.042 ~0.153g/100 m L, respectively. The results showed that the content of methanol and higher alcohols were within the limit. The method for the determination of methanol, ethyl acetate and higher alcohols by capillary GC was simple, rapid, sensitive, and accurate.
