DAD-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of flavonoids in ginger

  • 摘要: 姜具有丰富的营养价值和药用保健功效,也是重要的调味料,具有很大的开发前景。应用二极管阵列高效液相色谱法对姜中黄酮类物质进行了分析,色谱条件为:以HYPERSIR C18BDS为固定相,流动相A甲醇,流动相B 0.1%甲酸水为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,流速0.8m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长270nm和370nm。在0125mg/L范围内八种黄酮类物质在线性范围内均具有良好的线性关系。结果表明,DAO-HPLC法简便,灵敏,重现性好,可有效的用于姜及姜制品中黄酮类物质含量的测定。 

     

    Abstract: Ginger is rich in nutritional value and medicinal health benefits, is also the important spice, had great development prospects. High performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) was employed to establish the detection method of flavonoids in ginger. Chromatographic conditions were as follows :as the stationary phase HYPERSIR C18 BDS, mobile phase A methanol, mobile phase B 0.1% formic acid in water as the mobile phase, using gradient elution, flow rate 0.8m L/min at 30℃, detection wavelength of270 nm and 370 nm. In the 0125mg/L range eight flavonoids had good linear relationship within the linear range.The method was simple, sensitive, reproducibility and could be effectively used for the determination of the content of flavonoids concentrated ginger samples.
