复方花生肽口服液对化学性肝损伤的保护作用

Protective effect of compound peanut pepetide oral liquid on chemical liver injury

  • 摘要: 本研究以花生肽和蒲公英提取物复配的口服液为受试物,以小鼠为受试动物对其急性毒理及护肝功能进行研究。急性毒理实验结果显示口服液属于实际无毒物质;护肝功能实验结果显示口服液中、高2个剂量组均能抑制血清中ALT、AST、LDH升高,且差异具有显著性(p<0.05),显著提高肝脏中SOD及GSH-PX活性(p<0.05);且中剂量组血清ALT、AST、LDH、MDA含量均低于花生肽对照组,且差异具有显著性(p<0.05),肝脏中SOD及GSH-PX活性显著高于花生肽组(p<0.05);蒲公英提取物组各检测指标与模型组比较差异不具有显著性。提示复方花生肽口服液对CCl4所致肝损伤具有辅助保护作用,且效果优于单纯花生肽及蒲公英提取物。 

     

    Abstract: This study was carried out to characterize the hepatoprotective activity and acute toxicology of compound peanut peptide oral liquid.According to acute toxicity test, the oral liquid was safe.After the administration of carbon tetrachloride in traperitoneally, the biochemical indices in blood and liver were tested.The middle does group and high does group could decrease obviously the content of ALT、AST、and LDH in blood ( p < 0.05) , increase SOD and GSH- PXactivities in liver ( p < 0.05) . The ALT、AST、and LDH content in blood of the middle does group were significant lower than peanut peptide group ( p < 0.05) , and SOD and GSH- PXwere significant higher than peanut peptide group ( p < 0.05) . There were no significant difference between the dandelion extract group and model group.The experimental results showed that the compound peanut peptide oral liquid had significant protective effects on experimental liver injury mice, and the effect was better than pure peanut peptide and dandelion extract.
