Quantification of trans-2- alkenals and alkadienals in Chinese liquors by simultaneous extraction / derivatization by HS- SPME coupled with GC- MS- SIM

  • 摘要: 反-2-烯醛和二烯醛类化合物是重要风味化合物,广泛存在于饮料酒中。本研究利用邻五氟苯甲基羟胺(PFBHA)衍生,顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)同时萃取衍生,气相质谱(GC-MS)定量检测了我国白酒中14种反-2-烯醛和二烯醛类。该方法选择性强,有较好的线性(R2≥0.9924),检测限范围为0.0140.186μg/L,相对标准偏差均小于10.99%,加标回收率为84.47%116%。该方法可用于白酒中反-2-烯醛和二烯醛类化合物的分析检测。 

     

    Abstract: trans-2- Alkenals and alkadienals in alcoholic beverages were important aroma and flavor compounds.A new method based on the simultaneous extraction / derivatization with o- ( 2, 3, 4, 5, 6- pentafluorobenzyl) hydroxylamine ( PFBHA) as derivatization reagent by HS- SPME coupled with GC- MS- SIM was developed for quantification of 14 trans-2- alkenals and alkadienals in Chinese liquor. This method showed good selectivity and good linearity ( R2≥0.9924) .The limits of detection ( LOD) , relative standard deviation ( RSD) , and recoveries were0.0140.186μg / L, less than 10.99%, and 84.47% 116%, respectively.The results indicated that the method provided a fast and simple technique to quantify the trans-2- alkenals and alkadienals in Chinese liquor.
