麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性研究

Antioxidant activity of ethanol extracts from Jatropha curcus L.seed shell

  • 摘要: 本实验以麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物中黄酮质量浓度为内标,以维生素C(VC)和2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)为对照,通过超氧阴离子(O-2·)、1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基(DPPH·)和亚硝酸盐(NO-2)的清除能力,以及还原力和总抗氧化能力的测定,评价了麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性。实验结果表明,麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物的O-2·清除率的半数抑制浓度(IC50)为0.502mg/m L,小于VC的0.654mg/m L;其DPPH·与NO-2清除率的IC50分别为0.185、0.494mg/m L,均小于BHT;麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物中黄酮质量浓度在0.71.0mg/m L时,其还原力与同质量浓度VC相当,大于BHT;在测定范围时,其总抗氧化能力随质量浓度增加而增强,且大于同质量浓度的BHT,而小于VC。由此说明,麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物具有较强的抗氧化活性。 

     

    Abstract: Antioxidant activity of ethanol extracts from Jatropha curcus L. seed shell was determined by evaluating the scavenging activity of superoxide anion radical ( O-2·) , 2, 2- diphenyl-2- picrylhydrazyl radical ( DPPH·) and nitrite ( NO-2) , reducing power and total antioxidant capacity, taking the flavonoids concentration of its ethanol extracts for internal standard and comparing to vitamin C ( VC) and Butylated hydroxytoluene ( BHT) .The results showed that the half inhibitory concentration ( IC50) values of ethanol extracts from Jatropha curcus L.seed shell on O-2·was 0.502 mg /m L, lower than that of VC ( 0.654 mg /m L) .The IC50 values of ethanol extracts on DPPH·and NO-2were 0.185 and 0.494 mg / m L, respectively; both of them were lower than BHT's.When the flavonoids concentration of ethanol extracts in the range of 0.7 to 1.0 mg / m L, its reducing power was equal to that of VC, but stronger than that of BHT. In addition, the total antioxidant power increased with increasing of flavonoids concentration from0.1mg / m L to 1.0mg / m L, which was higher than that of BHT, lower than that of VCat the same concentration though.All of above indicated that ethanol extracts from Jatropha curcus L. seed shell had stronger antioxidant activity.
