我国益生菌类保健食品审评审批的讨论

A discussion on the approval of probiotics health food in China

  • 摘要: 益生菌类保健食品是我国一类特殊的功能性食品,被期望能有良好的产业和市场发展前景。为了促进益生菌产业的研发和规范化,本文就我国益生菌类保健食品审评审批的相关法律、法规现状进行系统性分析,并对其中重点的部分做出了描述,同时提出了改进的思路。希望这些观点能够对今后制定相关管理政策、法律和法规提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: Probiotics health food is a special category of functional foods in China and expected to have a bright future of industry and market. In order to promote the development and standardization of probiotics industry, the relevant laws and regulations of probiotic health food were systematically analyzed. Especially, the key issue regarding to regulations and some improvemental ideas were indicated. It is expected that those points of views provide a reference to formulate related policy, legal and legislation documents in future.
