蛋白质标准物质的制备概况

Development of protein reference materials

  • 摘要: 标准物质一直是国内外标准化组织研究的重要内容,本文主要根据国际标准化组织ISO导则35及JJF 1006-1994《一级标准物质技术规范》简述了蛋白质标准物质的制备流程。蛋白质标准物质的特殊性在于,其生物学特性易受环境影响,故其理化性质及生物学性质都需要进行表征。本文概述了目前常用的蛋白质标准物质性质表征方法和技术体系。此外,通过对蛋白质标准物质的均匀性和稳定性评价,以及对蛋白质标准物质进行定值,并评估其不确定度,方可实现蛋白质检测数据的可溯源性。 

     

    Abstract: The study of reference materials is an important research topic of organization for standardization both domestic and international.According to ISO Guide 35 and JJF 1006-1994 " Technical Norm of Primary Reference Material" from the International Organization for Standardization, preparing protein reference materials were reviewed in this paper. Owing to its unique biological characteristics, protein reference materials is unstable in surrounding, so its physical and chemical properties should be well characterized besides quantification.In order to achieve the data traceability, homogeneity, stability, the protein reference materials should be available with low uncertainty.
