高速剪切辅助提取浒苔多糖的工艺研究

Study on extraction process of Enteromorpha polysaccharide by high-speed shear technique

  • 摘要: 采用高速剪切辅助提取技术,研究了剪切时间、转速、液料比和剪切次数对浒苔多糖得率的影响,并对不同提取方法进行了比较。在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验确定最佳提取工艺条件为液料比50∶1、转速12000r/min、剪切时间80s和剪切次数3次。高速剪切辅助提取工艺简便易行,为浒苔多糖的提取提供一定的理论参考。 

     

    Abstract: HSDE ( High- speed Shear Dispersing Emulsifier) - assisted extraction of Enteromorpha polysaccharide was investigated by examining the effects of treatment time, HSDE speed, the ratio of water to raw material and extraction times on polysaccharide yield using single factor method coupled with orthogonal array design.Results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: the ratio of water to raw material 50 ∶1, HSDE speed 12000 r /min, treatment time 80 s and extraction times 3.In conclusion, HSDE- assisted extraction is a good strategy that can improve the extraction conditions of Enteromorpha polysaccharides.
