绞股蓝皂苷提取纯化工艺研究进展

Research process in extraction and purification of gypenoside

  • 摘要: 绞股蓝皂苷是绞股蓝主要的活性物质,因其具有抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗诱变,提高机体免疫能力、调节心脑血管和改善神经系统等独特的生理调节功效,有巨大的开发价值和应用潜力。本文从提取工艺、纯化工艺两个方面综述了绞股蓝皂苷的研究进展,为进一步研究绞股蓝皂苷提取、纯化工艺提供了线索和依据。 

     

    Abstract: Gypenoside was main active substance of gynostemma pentaphylla, which had great development value and potential application because of its unique function of anti-fatigue, anti-aging, anti-mutagenic, improving the immune capacity, regulation of cardiovascular and neurological improvement. In this paper, the research progress of gypenosidess was discussed from its extraction and purification. It provided good clues and evidence for further study on extraction and purification process of gypenoside.
