五味子果汁对四氯化碳致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

Hepatoprotective effects of Schisandra chinesis (Turcz.) Bail juice on carbon tetrachloride induced acute liver damage in rats

  • 摘要: 应用四氯化碳(CCl4)致大鼠急性肝损伤模型研究五味子果汁的护肝作用。实验各组大鼠灌胃相应实验样品,用生物化学法检测大鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性,肝匀浆中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量,并观察肝组织光镜下病理变化。结果表明五味子果汁可以显著降低CCl4致急性肝损伤大鼠血清中AST和AKP的活性,增强大鼠肝组织匀浆中GHS-Px、SOD和CAT活力,显著降低MDA含量,与模型组相比各果汁组肝脏病理变化显著改善。证明五味子果汁对CCl4致大鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用,为五味子果汁在保健食品中的应用提供依据。 

     

    Abstract: The protective effects of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Bail juice against liver damage in carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) -induced acute hepatotoxicity in rats were studied. Wista rats were orally fed with detected samples. The activities of ALT, AST and AKP in serum and GSH-Px, SOD and CAT in live were detected. The content of MDA in liver was also tested. The liver tissue pathological change was observed. The results showed that S. chinensis juice could significantly decrease the activities of AST and AKP in serum and significantly increase the activities of GSH-Px, SOD and CAT in liver. The content of MDA in liver was also significantly decreased. Compared with the model group the pathological change in liver of each S. chinensis juice group was significantly improved. The results proved that S. chinensis fruit juice had a protective effect on CCl4-induced acute liver damage in rats. This provided the basis for S. chinensis juice application in health food.
