丰年虫卵中类胡萝卜素的提取工艺研究

Study on extraction process of carotenoids from artemia cysts

  • 摘要: 采用木瓜蛋白酶破壁与有机溶剂浸提相结合的方法从丰年虫卵中提取类胡萝卜素。通过单因素实验和正交实验,考察酶解pH、酶解温度、酶用量、酶解时间及浸提溶剂用量等因素对提取效果的影响。结果表明,利用酶解与有机溶剂浸提法提取丰年虫卵类胡萝卜素的最佳工艺条件为:调节木瓜蛋白酶pH至6,酶用量为375U/g,在60℃下酶解25min,再采用30mL/g的丙酮浸提。在此条件下,丰年虫卵中类胡萝卜素的提取率为0.03mg/g。 

     

    Abstract: The methods of papain broken and organic solvent extraction were used for carotenoids extraction from artemia cysts. Effects of single factors including enzyme pH value, temperature, enzyme addition, enzyme time and solvent for the extraction were investigated by single factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal conditions of extraction were as following:adjusting the papain pH to 6, adding enzyme 375U/g, enzymolysis 25 min under 60℃, using acetone of 30mL/g. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of carotenoids extracted from artemia cysts was 0.03mg/g.
