高效液相色谱法测定淡水贝类中8种邻苯二甲酸酯

Determination of eight phthalic acid esters in freshwater shellfish by high performance liquid chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定淡水贝类中8种邻苯二甲酸酯类的方法。样品以正己烷与二氯甲烷(1∶1)为提取剂,以Agela venusil XBP-C18为分离柱,柱温25℃,甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长230nm,8种PAEs得到较好分离。在0.550μg/mL范围内,线性良好,检测限在0.20.5μg/mL之间,该方法加标回收率在91.06%107.23%之间,相对标准偏差在0.34%3.67%之间。方法适用于淡水贝类中邻苯二甲酸酯的检测。 

     

    Abstract: The method for the quantitative analysis of eight phthalic acid esters in freshwater shellfish was established by high performance liquid chromatography. The samples were extracted by hexane and dichloromethane (1∶1) and separated by an Agela venusil XBP-C18 column with the column temperature of25℃. The mobile phase was composed of methanol and water, and used with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was 230 nm. The separation of eight phthalic acid esters was good.The standard curves were linear in the range from 0.5 to 50μg/mL, with the limits of detection ranging from0.2μg/mL to 0.5μg/mL. The additional standard recoveries of the method were in the range from 91.06%~107.23%, and the relative standard deviation from 0.34% to 3.67%. The proposed method could be applied to the determination of phthalic acid esters in shellfish.
