浅析食用昆虫的资源价值

Analysis of resource value of edible insect

  • 摘要: 食用昆虫种类繁多,且兼具营养价值与药用价值,是一种值得利用的宝贵资源,也是昆虫食品开发利用与产业化发展的热点。本文从食用昆虫种类、营养价值、药用价值及加工方法几个方面对食用昆虫的资源价值进行综述,并对食用昆虫研究存在问题和今后的研究方向做出了展望。 

     

    Abstract: Edible insect is rich in species, nutritive value and medicinal value. It is the precious resources that mankind could fully utilize. It was also the research focus of exploitation and industrialization of insect food. The resource value and processing methods of edible insect, including insect species, nutritive value, and medicinal value, were summarized in this article.Besides, the research problems of edible insect were also analyzed, and the research directions of the insect were looked forward in this article.
