辣椒加工工艺及其设备的应用现状

Research and application on the processing technology and equipment for chili

  • 摘要: 辣椒是我国各地人民都非常喜爱的辣味调味品和蔬菜,因其营养丰富、辣味爽口的优点,而拥有广泛的消费人群和销售市场。本文主要论述了四种辣椒加工工艺及其主要设备选用,并结合国内辣椒加工企业的发展现状,探讨了未来我国辣椒企业的发展对策,为开创一条产业化、标准化、自动化、机械化的辣椒加工生产线提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: As a condiment and vegetable, chili is popular with people across the country nowadays.Chili has a wide range of consumer groups and market due to its nutrition, piquancy and refreshing. This paper discussed the progress of research and application the processing technology and equipment of chili. Combining with the analysis on the development situation of the international chili industry, the development proposals of chili industry in the future in China is proposed which provide the reference for chili production processing, the character is industrialization, standardization, automation, mechanization.
