食源性大肠杆菌耐药性与毒力特征的研究进展

Review on drug resistance and virulence characterization of foodborne Escherichia coli

  • 摘要: 大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)是人和温血动物肠道重要的兼性厌氧寄居菌,也是水源、食品、粪便污染指示菌。本文概述了国内外食源性大肠杆菌对兽医和临床常用药品的耐药情况及毒力特征的研究现状,也为指导抗生素在人类临床和动物饲养中的合理应用,控制大肠杆菌耐药株和毒力株在自然界传播提供重要的信息。 

     

    Abstract: Escherichia coli is important facultative anaerobe in human and homoeothermic animals intestinal.It is also pollution indicating bacteria for water, food and faeces.In this review, drug resistance characterization of veterinary and clinic used drugs for foodborne E. coli strains were revealed, the drug resistance molecular mechanism and virulence characterization of E.coli strains at home and abroad were outlined.The review could provide important information that guide antibiotic be applied in clinical human and breeding animal reasonably, control spread of resistant E.coli strains and virulent strains in nature.
