混菌固态发酵山药皮产类胡萝卜素的工艺研究

Carotenoids production by the solid-state fermentation of yam peel using mixed strains

  • 摘要: 以江西瑞昌山药皮为主要发酵原料,采用粗壮脉纹孢菌(Neurospora crassa)和植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus Plantarum)混合固态发酵生产类胡萝卜素。在单因素实验基础上,选取料液比、发酵时间、植物乳杆菌接种量和粗壮脉纹孢菌接种量四个因素进行L9(34)正交实验,确定最优发酵条件为料液比1∶1,发酵时间60h,植物乳杆菌接种量10%,粗壮脉纹孢菌接种量5%。在此条件下,产类胡萝卜素的量为(179.22±1.44)μg/g培养物。 

     

    Abstract: With the yam peel from Ruichang, Jiangxi province as the main raw material, the technology of solid-state fermentation was studied using Neurospora crassa and Lactobacillus Plantarum. The optimal fermentation conditions for producing carotenoids gained by single factor test and orthogonal test were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶1, fermentation time 60h, L. plantarum inoculum size 10% and N. crassa inoculum size 5%. Under this condition, the yield of carotenoids was ( 179.22 ± 1.44) μg /g culture.
