四川蒙顶地区老鹰茶香气成分分析和体外功能性效果研究

Study on component analysis and in vitro functional effects of aroma components of Hawk tea in Sichuan Mengding region

  • 摘要: 为了明确老鹰茶的香气成分及其体外功效,通过气相-质谱(GC-MS)分析、清除DPPH自由基实验、羟基自由基、抗突变实验、AGS及HT-29癌细胞增殖抑制实验对四川蒙顶地区出产的老鹰茶的香气成分进行了研究。测定发现老鹰的香气成分主要包括13种成分,分别是7H-二苯并b,g咔唑、癸烷、1H-吲哚、丙烯酮、4-氨基苯乙烯酸、苯并b硒酚-2-腈、2-甲基氨甲基-1,3-二氧戊环、(E)-2-氟-3-(4-N,N-二甲端芳氨基)-丙烯酸、2-甲基-6-叔辛基酚、棕榈酸、盐酸吖啶橙、2-甲胺甲基-1,3-二氧戊环和2-氨基丁烷;而且发现老鹰茶香气成分具有体外抗氧化、抗突变和抗癌的效果。 

     

    Abstract: In order to clear the aroma components and in vitro functional activities of Hawk tea, GC-MS analysis, DPPH free radical and hydroxyl radical assays, antimutagenicity test, AGS and HT-29 cancer cells proliferation inhibitory test were used for research in aroma components of Hawk tea from Sichuan Mengding region.Thirteen kinds of components were found in aroma components of Hawk tea, they were 7H-Dibenzob, gcarbazole, Decane, 1H-Indole, Propenone, 4-Aminocinnamic acid, Benzo b selenophene-2-carbonitrile, 2-Methylaminomethyl-1, 3-dioxolane, ( E) -2-Fluoro-3- ( 4-N, N-dimethylaminephenyl) -propenoic acid, 2-Methyl-6-tert-octylphenol, Hexadecanoic acid, 3, 6-Acridinediamine, 2-Methylaminomethyl-1, 3-dioxolane and 2-Butanamine. And the aroma components of Hawk tea showed antioxidant, antimutagenicity and anticancer effects.
