基于EPC-256Ⅲ型食品供应链安全追溯标签编码方案研究

Study on tag code plan for food supply chain safety traceability based on EPC-256 Ⅲ type

  • 摘要: 统一合理的食品追溯标签编码方案是实现对食品供应链的全流程追溯基础。因此,不仅需对最终形态的消费食品进行编码,也需对初级原材料和中间层次半成品等进行统一编码。本文在提出食品供应链安全追溯流程模型的基础上,采用EPC-256Ⅲ型编码结构对代码段进行合理分配并设计食品供应链安全追溯标签编码方案,编码具有通用性。 

     

    Abstract: Unified and rational food traceability tag code plan would be the base to implementation the whole process traceability on food supply chain. Accordingly, not only the final shape of the consumption food required to encoding, but also need for primary raw materials and semi-finished products such as intermediatelevel unified coding. Based on the proposed food supply chain traceability process model, distributing legitimately the code segment using EPC-256 Ⅲ type coding structure, and design food supply chain traceability label encoding scheme, encoding possess universal.
