马齿苋多糖的制备及结构特征的研究进展

Research of preparation and structural characterization of polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea L.

  • 摘要: 马齿苋多糖具有多种生物活性和生理功能,其开发利用日益受到人们的关注,并在马齿苋多糖的制备、结构鉴定及功效等方面进行了大量研究。本文就近十年来国内外有关马齿苋多糖制备工艺及其结构解析的研究成果进行综述,以期为马齿苋和马齿苋多糖的研究及开发利用提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: Polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea L.was the hot spots of research on natural products for its high biologically activity on antibacterial, anti- virus, immunostimulating, anti- tumour, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effect, etc. In this paper, recent research progress in the preparation process and structural characterization of polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea L. were summarized, which provided some references for future development and utilization of natural Portulaca oleracea L.and polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea L.
