利用超滤技术及离子交换法制取高纯度植酸的研究

Study on the preparation of high purity phytic acid by means of ultrafiltration and ion-exchange

  • 摘要: 以脱脂米糠为原料提取植酸,采用超滤及离子交换法对植酸提取液进行了精制,优化了工艺中的各项参数。结果表明,D318树脂对植酸具有较好的吸附洗脱效果,其适宜的吸附pH在2.5左右,常温下即可有较高的吸附量。动态吸附流速为1mL/min,洗脱液氢氧化钠浓度为0.5mol/L,洗脱流速为0.5mL/min。静态及动态饱和吸附量分别为168.1、176.98mg/g,得到浓度为50%的植酸产品,纯度达85.5%。本研究的结果对于植酸的实际生产过程具有一定的参考意义。 

     

    Abstract: Phytic acid which extracted from defatted rice bran was purified by means of ultrafiltration and ion-exchange resin.Parameters of the process were determined. The results indicated that, D318 weak base anionexchange resin was quite suitable for adsorbing and eluting phytic acid from the rough extract of defatted rice bran and the optimal process conditions were as follows: at room temperature and the pH was adjusted to 2.5, the flow velocity of adsorbtion was 1mL /min, and the flow velocity of desorption was 0.5mL /min, the eluention concentration should be 0.5mol /L. The static absorption capacity of D318 resin reached 168.1mg /g and the dynamic one could be 176.98mg /g.The concentration of phytic acid prepared by the process was 50%, and the purity can reach 85.5%. The results of study have certain reference significance for the production processes of phytic acid in practice.
