海藻酸钠及其改性物对硅藻土的絮凝性能研究

Research of the flocculation performance on diatomite with Sodium alginate and the hydroxamic Sodium alginate

  • 摘要: 以海藻酸钠为原料,通过非均相酯化反应和肟化反应,制备含氧肟酸基团的改性海藻酸钠高效絮凝剂。考察其对硅藻土的絮凝性能,结果表明:当沉降时间为30min,温度为20℃,海藻酸钠絮凝剂的投加量达到2.4mg/L时,去除率最大可达83.01%,而改性海藻酸钠絮凝剂投加量仅为0.8mg/L时,去除率最大可达91.53%,液固比为2.33,具有较好的絮凝效果。 

     

    Abstract: Hydroxamated Sodium alginate with efficient flocculant were prepared by the successive heterogeneous esterification and hydroxamation of Sodium alginate under the certain conditions. And through the study on the flocculation performance of diatomite, the SA flocculant dosing quantity was carried out favorably with 2.4mg /L at20℃ for 30min in flocculant, the removal rate was 83.01%. The dosing quantity of the HSA with only 0.8mg /L, the removal rate was 91.53% and the ratio of liquid to solid was 2.33, and it had better characteristic in flocculant.
