巴美肉羊、小尾寒羊Myf6基因多态性及其与肉质的相关性研究

Polymorphism of Myf6 gene and its correlation with meat quality traits in Bamei sheep and Small fat-tail sheep

  • 摘要: 实验采用聚合酶链式反应-单链构象多态(PCR-SSCP)方法对102只巴美肉羊、56只小尾寒羊的Myf6基因片段进行多态性检测,分析Myf6基因多态性与肉质的相关性。巴美肉羊和小尾寒羊在Myf6基因片段上共检测到2种基因型AA和AB型,它们的基因型频率分别为0.63、0.37和0.38、0.62;A、B的等位基因频率分别为0.81、0.19和0.69、0.31;多态信息含量分别为0.26和0.34,属中度多态。在巴美肉羊群体中,AA型,AB型的肉质指标无显著差异;在小尾寒羊群体中,小尾寒羊Myf6的AA型与AB型在背最长肌处的红度值存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。 

     

    Abstract: Polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism ( PCR- SSCP) method was used to determine the polymorphism of myf6 gene in 102 Bamei sheep and 56 Small fat-tail sheep, the correlation between Myf6 gene and meat quality traits were analyzed in both breeds.Two genotypes were identified as AA and AB.The genotype frequencies were 0.63, 0.37 in Bamei sheep and 0.38, 0.62 in Small fat-tail sheep.Allele frequencies of A, B were 0.81, 0.19 and 0.69, 0.31 respectively.Polymorphism information content was 0.26 and 0.34 respectively.There was no significant difference between AA and AB genotype in meat traits in Bamei sheep.In Small fat-tail sheep, redness value had significant difference between AA and AB genotype in the Longissimus lumborum muscle ( p <0.05) .
