薄膜梯度扩散技术在重金属植物有效性研究中的应用

Application of diffusive gradients in thin films to the prediction of heavy metal phytoavailability

  • 摘要: 水和土壤重金属污染严重影响了环境质量,并引发了诸多食品安全问题。植物是与水和土壤相互作用最为密切的生物,重金属的植物有效性评价一直是生态环境和食品安全早期预警研究的热点。薄膜梯度扩散(DGT)技术可通过模拟植物对重金属的吸收过程预测重金属的植物有效性。本文阐述了DGT技术用于重金属形态分析的基本原理。重点综述了应用DGT技术预测重金属植物有效性研究进展,展望了用DGT技术预测重金属植物有效性的研究前景。 

     

    Abstract: Heavy metal pollution in water and soil has seriously affected the quality of the environment, and caused a lot of food safety problems. Plant, as a creature, is most closely related to water and soil. The phytoavailability of heave metal has been a research hotspot of ecological environment and food security early warning.The diffusive gradients in thin-films ( DGT) technique, a new in- situ passive sampling technique, is recognized as one of the most promising techniques to assess heavy metal phytoavailability.In this paper, the basic principle of measuring heavy metal speciation by DGT was stated.The predictions of heavy metal phytoavailability by DGT were focused.The prospects of predicting heavy metal phytoavailability by DGT were also evaluated.
