响应面法优化白骨壤多糖的辅助水提工艺

Optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Avicennia marina by response surface analysis

  • 摘要: 对白骨壤多糖的超声提取工艺进行优化。在单因素实验的基础上,设计选取提取温度,超声时间,料液比,提取次数四个因素作为实验因素,以多糖得率为指标,利用响应面分析法,模拟得到回归方程的预估模型,最终确定白骨壤多糖的最优化提取条件为提取温度100℃,超声时间46min,料液比为1∶49,浸提次数1次,在此条件下实际得率为4.76%。 

     

    Abstract: In order to optimize ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides in Avicennia marina, a mathematical regression model ( water /material ratio, extraction temperature ultrasonic time and extraction times as the factors, the yield of polysaccharides as index) for predicting extraction yield of polysaccharides was established by fitting Box-Benhnken central composite design experimental results.The optimal protocol for polysaccharides extraction from Avicennia marina was based on one time extraction for 46min at 100℃ with a ratio of water to dry material of 49∶1, the optimum extracting rate for the Avicennia marina was 4.76%.
