超声波-酶法联合提取绞股蓝总黄酮及其抗氧化活性的研究

Study on the extraction of total flavonoids from Gynostemma pentaphyllum by enzymatic-ultrasonic method and the flavonoids antioxidation activities

  • 摘要: 本文研究了绞股蓝中总黄酮的高效提取和抗氧化性能。先使用纤维素酶和果胶酶分别处理样品后,再利用超声波进行提取的方法所获得的总黄酮的得率最高,可以达到0.498%。对提取总黄酮的抗氧化性研究表明,绞股蓝总黄酮对于DPPH自由基和羟基自由基清除能力较强,在实验所选浓度范围内,总还原能力随浓度增加而增强。 

     

    Abstract: The effective extraction of total flavonoids and its antioxidant activities from Gynostemma pentaphyllum were studied in the paper.The samples were treated by cellulase and pectinase respectively, and then extracted by ultrasonic extraction. The yield of the flavonoids was 0.498% by the method. The antioxidant activities of flavonoids from Gynostemma pentaphyllum were studied.The results showed that the flavonoids had strong activity for DPPH and hydroxyl radical scavenging, and the reduction ability increased with the concentration in experimental selecting concentration range.
