脲醛树脂食品接触材料卫生安全性的研究

Research of the hygienic safety of urea-formaldehyde resin in contact with food

  • 摘要: 为研究脲醛树脂制品接触食品的的卫生安全性,结合各国法规要求,对脲醛树脂制品中总迁移量、甲醛、重金属和有机毒害物质的迁移情况进行了分析测定。结果表明,脲醛树脂制品中甲醛和总迁移量在酸性食品中迁移量最大,并随着接触时间的延长和温度的升高而增加;除了少量重金属Zn以外,无其他重金属及有机毒害物质的迁移。同时,从卫生安全性考虑,建议脲醛树脂制品可用于接触干性食品,或在低温(≤60℃)下接触非酸性食品使用。 

     

    Abstract: For understanding the hygienic safety of urea-formaldehyde resin tableware in contact with food, the migration quantity of formaldehyde, the evaporation residue, the heavy metal and organism in food simulants were determined and valuated in accordance with different national standards. The result of the detection indicated that the formaldehyde migration and the evaporation residue was the biggest in acidic food analog. In the same food stimulant, they increased with the contact time and temperature. There were no other hazardous substance except heavy metal Zn. Urea-formaldehyde resin products could be used in contact with dry food, or non-acidic food at low temperatures (≤60℃) .
