油茶籽多糖降血糖作用的初步研究

Study on effects of polysaccharides from Camellia oleifera Abel. on decreasing blood sugar

  • 摘要: 研究了油茶籽多糖对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。对正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶造模的高血糖小鼠分别给予油茶籽多糖腹腔注射,GOD-POD法测定小鼠血糖值,研究不同组别油茶籽多糖的降血糖效果,并用DPPH法研究油茶籽多糖清除自由基能力,探讨油茶籽多糖降血糖作用的机理。结果表明:油茶籽多糖具有一定的降血糖作用,其中,CPS精品降血糖效果最好;油茶籽多糖可不同程度的提高自由基清除力。 

     

    Abstract: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of polysaccharides in Camellia oleifera Abel.on diabetes model mouse. Methods:Different groups of normal mice and diabetics' mice model induced by alloxan were injected corresponding Camellia polysaccharides respectively, the blood glucose values were measured by GOD-POD, and the ability of radical scavenging of polysaccharides in Camellia oleifera Abel. was determined by the method of DPPH. Polysaccharides in Camellia oleifera Abel. had certain instructive effect of the decreasing blood sugar, and the effect of CPS mixture was best. The ability of radical scavenging of diabetic mice liver was improved by polysaccharides in Camellia oleifera Abel.
