摘要: 介绍了功能饮料的分类原则及其六大功能分类,全面综述功能饮料的功能因子的作用及其应用,阐述了近年来功能因子的检测方法,对功能饮料的发展及其功能因子检测进行了展望。

Abstract: The principles of classification and six functional classifications of functional beverages were introduced.The effect of functional factors of functional beverages and its applications were reviewed comprehensively, and the detection methods of function factor were discussed, development of functional beverages and functional factors detection prospect were summarized.Moreover, the development of functional beverage and the detection methods of functional beverages were predicted.
