两种栽培品种南瓜降血糖作用的研究

Hypoglycemic effect of two cultivates varieties of Cucurbita moschata Duch.

  • 摘要: 研究甜面大和金钩南瓜栽培品种降血糖作用。尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立小鼠糖尿病模型,检测小鼠空腹血糖、餐后血糖、肝糖原、血清中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)的水平,评价两个南瓜品种乙酸乙酯和甲醇提取物对糖尿病模型小鼠的保护作用。实验结果表明两种南瓜不同溶剂提取物均能一定程度上降低小鼠的空腹血糖(p<0.01和p<0.05),但是对其餐后血糖降糖效果不明显。而几种提取物对肝糖原水平均有显著的提升作用(p<0.001,p<0.01和p<0.05)。对于小鼠血清中TG、TC的考察结果表明两种南瓜提取物对糖尿病小鼠TG、TC均没有显著的降低作用,但是其能在一定程度上提高血清中SOD含量和降低MDA含量。两个南瓜品种均有一定的降血糖作用,但是各提取物表现出了不同的效果。 

     

    Abstract: To evaluate the hypoglycemic effect of extracts from two cultivate varieties of Cucurbita moschata Duch. (Jingou and Tianmian) .Diabetes model mice were established through the tail vein injection of alloxan.The levels of fasting plasma glucose, postprandial blood glucose, malondialdehyde (MDA) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) , total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in mice serum, liver glycogen in liver homogenate were detected to evaluate the protective effects of ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract from C.moschata on diabetes induced by alloxan in mice.Ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract from two varieties of C.moschata could significantly decrease fasting plasma glucose (p < 0.01 and p < 0.05, respectively) , but the effect to postprandial blood glucose was not obvious.All of the extract could obviously improve liver glycogen in liver (p < 0.001, p < 0.01 and p < 0.05, respectively) , significantly increase the level of SOD in mice serum and reduce the level of MDA.But the extracts had no function to TC and TG of diabetes model mice.The result demonstrated that two varieties of C.moschata had protective effects on diabetes model mice, but the extract showed different effect.
