低聚糖运动饮料促进体能主导类耐力项群疲劳恢复的研究进展

Research progress in oligosaccharide sports drinks to promote physical fitness of endurance event group of fatigue and recovery

  • 摘要: 体能主导类耐力项群运动过程中会引起糖原的大量消耗,以及脱水和电解质的流失,从而引起运动员疲劳,致使运动能力下降。通过补充适当的低聚糖运动饮料能有效地提高运动能力。 

     

    Abstract: Physical capacity orientated endurance sport group will cause a lot of consumption of glycogen during exercise, as well as the loss of dehydration and electrolyte, causing athletes' fatigue, resulting in decreased exercise capacity.Through the appropriate complementary oligosaccharides sports drink can effectively improve exercise capacity.
