  • 摘要: 综述了番木瓜生物活性成分的研究进展,包括木瓜蛋白酶、糖类、萜类化合物、黄酮类、色素等的研究应用现状,为番木瓜的进一步研究和开发利用提供了理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: The research of biological activity ingredients of papaya was reviewed as theory basis to further research and develop, including papain, saccharides, terpenoid, flavonoid, pigment, etc.of papaya.
