响应面法优化微波辅助乙醇提取米团花黄色素工艺条件的研究

Study on optimization of microwave-assisted ethanol technology of yellow pigments from Leucosceptrum canum Smith by the response surface method

  • 摘要: 在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面法对微波辅助乙醇提取米团花黄色素条件进行优化。实验得出,乙醇浓度为70%(V/V)、微波功率为350W、微波时间为80s,液固比为50∶1,米团花黄色素的提取率为95.23%,与预测值98.38%拟合性较好。 

     

    Abstract: Based on single factor tests, the optimum extraction conditions of microwave-assisted ethanol technology of yellow pigments from Leucosceptrum canum Smith were obtained by the response surface method.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:alcohol concentration 70% (V/V) , microwave power 350W, microwave time 80s, the predicted value of extraction efficiency of yellow pigments from Leucosceptrum canum Smith was 95.23%, and it was preferably fitting with the predictive value of 98.38%.
