高效液相色谱法测定烟用香精香料中芝麻酚的含量

Determination of sesamol in tobacco essence and flavor using high-performance liquid chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了烟用香精香料中芝麻酚含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。样品经超声波提取后,采用C18色谱柱分离/二极管阵列检测器测定,以保留时间进行定性,外标法进行定量。结果表明,芝麻酚在0.1~50.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.27μg/g,定量限为0.82μg/g,加标回收率为93.6.4%~103.7%,RSD<6%(n=5)。本方法具有灵敏度高、准确性好、操作简易等优点,适用于烟用香精香料中芝麻酚的批量检测。 

     

    Abstract: The aim was to build a method for the determination of sesamol in tobacco essence and flavor using HPLC.After ultrasonic-extraction, these samples were separated by C18 column and detected by diode array detector, qualitative analyzed by the retention time and quantitative analyzed by the external standard method.Results showed that there was better linear relation to sesamol within the range of 0.1 50.0 μg/mL, the low detection limit was 0.27μg/g, the limit of quantification was 0.82μg/g, the recovery was from 93.6% to 103.7%, the RSD<6% (n=5) .The method was sensitive, accurate and easy-controlled, and it was suitable for batch determination of sesamol in tobacco essence and flavor.
