响应曲面法优化热水浸提红托竹荪多糖的工艺研究

Study on response surface methodology for hot water extraction of polysaccharide from Dictyophora

  • 摘要: 以红托竹荪为原料,用热水浸提法提取其多糖。在单因素实验基础上,采用响应曲面法对提取工艺进行优化,最后通过Box-Behnken设计建立了热水浸提红托竹荪多糖的二次多项式模型,并得到了优化提取工艺条件为:浸提时间3.5h,浸提温度75℃,料液比1∶31,提取次数2次,经验证实验红托竹荪多糖的提取得率为12.05%。 

     

    Abstract: Dictyophora rubrovolvata as row material was used for extraction polysaccharide with hot water.Single factor test based on the response surface methodology to optimize the extraction process.A quadratic polynomial model relating the influencing factors and the yield were established through the Box-Behnken design, and the optimal conditions were:3.5h of extraction time, 75℃of extraction temperature, 1∶31 of ratio of material to liquid, and extraction times 2.The yield of 12.05% was obtained by the verification experiment.
