  • 摘要: 本文综述了国内外龙眼多酚的不同提取方法及其对提取的多酚活性的影响,包括溶剂提取、超声波辅助提取、超高压辅助提取、微波辅助提取等方法,并对龙眼多酚研究的发展方向和应用前景做出展望,以期为龙眼多酚的深入研究及提取利用提供一定参考。 

     

    Abstract: This paper summarized the progress of methods for extraction of longan polyphenol and its effect to activities of polyphenol, including solvent extraction, ultrasound-assisted extraction, high pressure extraction and microwave-assisted extraction. Look to the development prospect and development direction of this research in longan polypheno. In order to provide a reference for the further research and utilization of longan polyphenol.
