α-亚麻酸、植物甾醇酯复方牛奶降血脂人体试食研究

Study on the function of components α-lionlenic acid, plant sterol ester compound milk on the assisting blood lipids reduction on human body

  • 摘要: 目的:研究α-亚麻酸、植物甾醇酯复方牛奶的降血脂作用。方法:将受试者按血脂水平随机分为复方牛奶试食组和安慰剂对照组,其中对照组51例,试食组53例,以双盲法进行实验。受试者按照每日2次,每次1盒250mL/盒,服食45d。结果;α-亚麻酸、植物甾醇酯复方牛奶能降低血清总胆固醇(p<0.01)、甘油三脂(p<0.01),血清总胆固醇平均下降10.32%±0.14%,甘油三脂平均下降15.58%±0.34%,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平无显著性差异。实验组的总有效率为81.13%,与对照组(49.02%)比较,差异有显著性(p<0.01)。结论:α-亚麻酸、植物甾醇酯复方牛奶具有辅助降血脂功能。 

     

    Abstract: Objective:To study the function of α-linolenic acid, plant sterol ester compound milk on the assisting blood lipids reduction. Methods:The subjects by lipid levels were randomly assigned into compound milk sample group and the placebo control group, including 51 cases of the control group, 53 cases of experiment group, and the study was designed as a double blind clinical trial. The participants took 250mL milk twice daily for 45d. Results:α-linolenic acid, plant sterol ester compound milk could reduce serum total cholesterol (p<0. 01) , triglycerides (p<0. 01) , serum total cholesterol decreased by an average of 10. 32±0. 14, triglycerides fall by an average of 15. 58±0. 34, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels had no significant difference between the test group and control group. The total effective rate results indicated that the difference between the test group and control group was significant (p<0. 01) , with the decrease of 81. 13% and 49. 02% respectively, Conclusion:The results showed that α-linolenic acid, plant sterol ester compound milk had assisting blood lipids reduction function.
