  • 摘要: 灯笼果(Physalis peruviana L).是茄科酸浆属一年生或多年生的草本植物,由于其酸甜可口的风味、丰富的营养价值及潜在的生物活性而日益受到全世界越来越多的消费者喜爱,是一种极具开发前途且药食兼用的经济植物。灯笼果虽然在中国南方有栽培,但其开发利用有限。本文对其地理分布、营养成分、植物化学特征、功能性和药理学及加工贮藏的研究进展做一介绍,为开发利用该植物资源提供一定的参考。 

     

    Abstract: Gooseberry (Physalis peruviana L.) , an annual or perennial herb of family Solanaceae and genera Physalis, is an edible and medicinal plant that is increasingly popular among worldwide-consumers due to its sweet and sour flavor, great nutritional value and potential biological activity.As a potential raw material for preparation of functional food, gooseberry has not been developed and utilized very well although it is cultivated in Southern China.The research advances on gooseberry, including geographical distribution, nutritional ingredients, phytochemical characteristics, functional activity, pharmacology, processing and storage were reviewed with a purpose to possibly contribute to farther research and application of this plant in China.
